Debra's experience thus far includes being responsible for managing a portfolio of over 10 million in assets while embracing a results-driven approach. Tristen brings a warm, relationship-focused approach to her role as Business Development Manager at PMI River City. With over 15 years of experience in client relations, marketing, and community engagement, she’s passionate about helping property owners and investors find confidence and success through professional management solutions.

As our Property Evaluator she takes the time to thoroughly inspect every property, whether you're moving in, moving out, or renewing your lease. She is dedicated to serving both property owners and residents by providing accurate, detailed inspections and gathering the information needed to ensure every property is properly documented.

Dana brings five years of experience in property management, with a strong background in leasing, resident relations, and leasing operations. Since entering the industry in 2021, she has gained extensive experience working with tenants, property owners, vendors, and internal teams, developing a strong ability to solve problems, navigate challenging situations, and find practical solutions while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Her background in education and hospitality has shaped her approach to communication, organization, and relationship-building. Outside of work, Dana enjoys spending time at the beach with her two kids and caring for her four beloved cats.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys rescuing animals, spending time doing karaoke with her family, and dancing, which helps her stay positive and energized.
