Originally from Chicago, Debra has lived in the St Augustine area for over 20 years. She has been working in the property management industry for over a decade, and has a solid track record of success. Debra's experience thus far includes being responsible for managing a portfolio of over 10 million in assets while embracing a results-driven approach. She works diligently to prioritize the needs of property owners and is confident she can use her expertise to help you achieve your goals.
Ashleigh from the beautiful sunny city of Jacksonville, Florida. She loves the beach, roller skating, yoga and spending time with her family and fur baby Zodi. Ashleigh has always had a passion for interacting and connecting with others to help make their lives better in some way. Her educational background is in Mass Communications with an emphasis on Broadcast Journalism. Studying that degree and growing talents to interact with many people led her into the Real Estate world. She has over a decade of experience in mortgages and client financial services and she prides herself in treating others like a warm human not just another number with patience, grace and kindness. Ashleigh understands that we all have goals that help enrich our lives and she is happy to be there to support you in that journey. She aways finds a way to work together and leverage off our given talents to reach the stars and beyond.
Dexter is a skilled field technician with extensive experience in property management. With a background as a field technician for a previous property management company, Dexter brings a wealth of knowledge in property maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer service. Dexter combines technical proficiency with a strong attention to detail, ensuring properties are well-maintained and tenant needs are met efficiently. Outside of work Dexter enjoys spending time with his family.
Dana brings four years of dedicated experience in property management, with a keen focus on leasing. Leveraging her background in education and hospitality, she excels in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and detail-oriented service. Dana's passion lies in helping tenants find their ideal homes and ensuring property owners enjoy a seamless leasing experience. Outside of work, she enjoys beach outings with her two kids and taking care of her cherished cats, balancing her professional expertise with personal joys.
Erika is an experienced accounting professional with over four years in the field. She is dedicated to accuracy and efficiency, ensuring financial processes run smoothly. She is known for her reliability and collaborative spirit. Her attention to detail makes her a great member of the team. When she’s not working on accounts, you’ll find her enjoying quiet moments with her two curious cats or exploring ways to balance work and life with a smile.
Jada is a Jacksonville native who loves to spend her time outside at local hot spots such as Eagan’s Creek Greenway, Historic Downtown Amelia Island, and on the 7 miles of beautiful beach front.
She began her career in Real Estate after assisting local families in there movement towards financial solvency. Jada’s experience makes her well equipped to help clients turn an idea into concrete reality and achieve all of their real estate goals! When she’s not running for her clients, she’s running after her sassy, energetic daughters on family outings.
